I just brought my 2012 Ford Fusion here for the first time at a recommendation of a friend. After having the same mechanic for years it had been a struggle to find as good of a place when he retired. I'm glad I've found a new place to come! The inspection was thorough and included texted pictures. A transmission leak was discovered as well as a fraying serpentine belt. I opted to have both taken care of despite not needing either to pass inspection. The work was done in a timely manner with full information being related to me. The customer service provided from the scheduling of the appointment to the phone updates to the pickup was exceptional!

I purchased a ’92 sports car that needed some attention to get road worthy again. Blair, Mark and Pete all worked on the car. I know some of the work was challenging as some replacement parts were either damaged on arrival, the wrong part altogether or not machined correctly. The car was in their hands for a while due to these factors and did need a 2nd pass at service due to a part issue which they replaced in a timely manner and under warranty. I am thankful for the time and perseverance they took to get the car back in solid working condition. I have taken vehicles to them for around 7 years now since moving to the area and have many friends of the family brining in their vehicles for service too. I highly recommend CARS and their professional staff to anyone looking to have service done on their vehicles.

This shop is amazing!!! I had a fluke accident where a brick flew off a truck and shattered my sunroof while I was traveling. The owner was so kind and took time from his busy schedule to make sure the glass was secure enough to drive the last 3 hours of my trip. He could have just sent me away as it was close to closing time and he’s not a collision shop. I tried to pay him and he wouldn’t even take it. Hopefully he reads this and knows how much his kindness meant to me. My 6 year old was diagnosed with stage 4 brain cancer in 2025 and we have literally lived in constant survival/panic mode for a very long time. You never know what people are going through in life and small acts of kindness like this go a long way. I know good karma is coming his way. Thank you for taking one thing off my anxiety list and making sure I was safe.

Last minute fix needed, they fit me into their already booked schedule and had me back on the road in no time. Can’t say enough about the customer service. So genuinely kind, mannerly and professional, which is very very very rare these days in customer service. Establishment was incredibly clean and top notch!!!!
